All of our cupcakes are baked in the same bakery so it's possible that they may contain traces of nuts.

How much notice do I need to give to place an order?
Orders for Birthday Cakes must be placed by 2:00pm one working day in advance.
Can I place an order for the same day delivery/collection?
Yes, for Bread, Pastry, Whole Tarts, and Individual tarts. (same day delivery if ordered before 12:00am)
What happens if I need to amend my order?
Should you like to change your order, we require at least 12 hours’ notice. Give us a call on 02034897526 and we'll do our best to help when possible.
What do I need to bring along when collecting my order?
You will be asked to present your order confirmation (either on your mobile or with a paper copy) when collecting your order. If someone is collecting the order on your behalf, please ensure they have a copy of this with them.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M OUT WHEN YOU DELIVER?
If you’re unavailable to receive your delivery, we will contact you and request permission to leave your order with a neighbour or local address.
Should we be unable to get in touch with you, the order will be brought back to our bakery.
Our team will then get in touch, and arrange for the order to be re-delivered (costs incurred) or if you’d like to collect from one of our stores that can also be arranged.
I'D LIKE TO KNOW MORE ABOUT HOW TO KEEP MY CAKE AT ITS BEST:
We recommend you enjoy all of our products within 48 hours of purchase - we very much doubt in most homes or offices they will last much longer anyway! If you're planning to eat your cake or pastries on the day, keep them cool and dry.
Our cakes can be enjoyed for up to 48 hours when refrigerated, but in order to have your best Bread A Manager experience, we suggest giving them at least two hours (longer if the cake is larger) to stand at room temperature before indulging.
HOW DO I GET MY CAKES HOME IF I'M COLLECTING FROM YOUR STORE?
Some of our cakes can weigh up to 6.5kg. Wherever possible, if you have ordered one of our larger cakes, we would suggest bringing someone to help you. Alternatively, you can opt for home delivery.

What do I do if I’m unhappy with my order/purchase (returns policy)
Our aim has always been to provide our customers with a fantastic product, and great service, but from time to time, things don’t always go as planned.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch with our team. Where possible we’d like the product returned to our store providing proof of purchase.
We aim to respond to all queries as promptly as possible and will seek to refund a purchase if we feel it wasn’t up to our standards or issue a gift voucher that you can redeem in one of our stores. Please note: We require that food items are sent back to us within 48 hours of receiving in order to facilitate the refund.
