This centrepiece sponge cake showcases the best of British products with classic French cooking techniques. It takes two days to create this beautiful cake, after one bite of the light genoise sponge, decadent crème pâtissiers and fruity jelly, it’s an effort to make it, but we realize how our customer are happy and enjoy it
